Posted in Inspiration, Tutorials tagged , , , , , , , , , at 5:04 pm by gothidgeangel

Hey everyone! Its time for another tutorial brought to you by Natalie. This one is my interpretation of MakeupGeekTV (Marlena)’s “Another Cool Heat Look” which I absolutely LOVED! Unfortunately for me, when the collection actually came out I was strapped for cash. This look was created using products from the normal collection(mostly).

The inspiration:

Upcoming Tutorial and Inspiration: Smokey Teal with Glitter Look

Posted in Inspiration, Upcoming Tutorials tagged , , , , , , , , at 2:01 am by gothidgeangel

This is going to be the next look that I post (as a matter of fact it is just uploading now). It is an inspired look by Xsparkage’s tutorial of her Hello Kitty look which is inspired by the packaging.

As I say in the tutorial, this is what I would have worn to the Nine Inch Nails concert tonight if I had’ve gone with Jordy, but I made my choice to buy makeup than to go to the event (which I am regretting SO much right now because they played some of my favorite songs).

This is definetly a  look that I recommend that you hold off doing your foundation till the end because the glitter will fall out a lot. It is also a very good idea to keep some sticky tape handy to pick up the extra glitter on your cheeks.

Hopefully you guys enjoy this!

These are two photos and Xsparkage’s original tutorial of the look this was inspired from. She is such an amazing person and a real inspiration to all aspiring makeup artists on YouTube who know her.

Why I wish I could grow my nails

Posted in Inspiration at 9:04 pm by gothidgeangel

I have never really that into nails but recently I’ve been really getting into the whole nail art thing. I had acrylic nails for a few months a while back and when I had them removed they were really brittle and easily broke.

I am tired of having short nails!!! When they eventually grow strong again I wanna grow them long and do this nail art that Julieg713 did a tutorial on. I absolutely love the look, not the colour though as I am not a huge fan of pink. When I do this I might use a teal nail polish or something.
